Leslie Clemons is an AANP board-certified family nurse practitioner. Leslie first earned an associate nursing degree from Calhoun Community College and then proceeded to earn her Bachelor of Science in nursing from the University of North Alabama. Leslie worked as a registered nurse in multiple hospital settings such as the medical unit, post-anesthesia care unit, cardiac care unit and emergency department. She also proceeded to earn a Master of Science in Nursing as a family nurse practitioner from Troy University.

Leslie has a passion for health promotion and preventive services. She strives to build a patient-centered relationship with her patients and enjoys educating them on self-care and disease management.

Outside of medicine, Leslie enjoys traveling with her husband and three children, as well as staying active by walking their family dog, JackJack.
